About Ali “THE CRE8OR” Abbas

Ali Abbas is the creator of some of the most phenomenal and awarded casemods and functional art in the world. He has an innate talent for bringing his visions to life and transforming his amazing concepts into working masterpieces. Ever since he went to primary school in the north east of England, all the way through the years he spent in Pakistan, as wellas his career in Germany, he always felt the need and passion to tinker, engineer, craft, design and create. It was against this background that his story began to unfold, where certified PC components were at a premium – his inner MacGyver began to grow. As a result, many long hours have been spent over the years scrounging for materials to become centrepieces for his latest creation. Enjoying his creative pastime while his career in IT progressed apace here in Germany, Ali then discovered the German casemodding championships (DCMM). It quickly dawned on him that what was an enjoyable hobby for him, also happened to be a competitive community spanning the globe. Aside all that, its worth mentioning that when summing together the amount of competitive successes over the period of his life as a functionartist/casemodder, he has clearly become the artist with the most accomplishments and achievements on the world casemodding stage. Ali turned his passion into a full fledge profession in Bavaria in 2003, many years back before moving base to Berlin. With his rising name and glorious achievements in the International competitive scene of Casemodding, orders and exhibition invitations started pouring in, and it was a just a matter of time till he would settle down to doing it full time. He was hired by Caseking in Berlin in 2017 and brought his whole collection with him which was displayed and used to attract customers, investors and all who would like to have a unique piece of art made by him. Unfortunately, After working at Caseking for 5.5 years, Ali had the largest setback in his career and his plans to open the worlds first real Casemod Museum. A fire broke out in the showroom Caseking built, destroying 95 % of his lifes work and private Functional-Art and Casemod collection. Due to faulty and defective building structures, the worlds largest, most significant and most successfull collection of functional art was destroyed and decimated. The reasons for the fire are well known and will soon be disclosed and revealed. Even though it was a massive emotional and physical setback, not only personally, but for the international and especially the German Casemodding community, knowing Ali, this is not the end of the line, but merely a segment of the greater story that has led him down the road of creativity. He left Caseking against his will and is presently fighting for justice for the sake of his lifes work. He is pursuing his art since September 01. 2022 as a free hearted artist again. Art can be killed, but the artist lives and the museum plans have of course not been abandoned. To the future and all that it holds for free artists free of the restraints of those who only seek profit. One thing is certain, the sky is certainly not the limit. Or to put it in his words, “Yes, this one turned out well didnt it, but the best is always yet to come”.
